Warranty Registration

DYNAMIC® values your business and always attempts to provide you the very best of service. If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during this period, DYNAMIC® at its own option and discretion will repair or replace, at no charge, any part that DYNAMIC® determines to be defective. Please contact us at 1-877-403- TRAP (8727) for information on how to obtain service and/or a Return Authorization # (RA#). If it is determined that the product may be defective, you will be given RA# and instructions for product return. An unauthorized return (i.e., one for which an RA# has not been issued) will be returned to you at your expense.

To obtain warranty service during the warranty period, send the defective product postage pre-paid, along with proof of purchase showing date of purchase to:
